These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Pyra’s websites, applications, and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
Pyra provides AI agents and workflows that help teams automate work, generate deliverables, and integrate with connected tools. Features may include approvals, audit logs, and exports.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or use.

Outputs generated by AI may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, medical, safety, or compliance decisions.
"Customer Content" means data, files, text, prompts, documents, and other materials you submit to the Service or connect via integrations.
As between you and Pyra, you retain ownership of Customer Content. You grant Pyra a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service, comply with law, and prevent abuse.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to provide Customer Content and permit Pyra to process it under these Terms.
The Service may interoperate with third-party products, services, or APIs ("Third Party Services"). Your use of Third Party Services may be governed by their terms and policies. Pyra is not responsible for Third Party Services.
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes according to your order form or subscription terms. Late payments may result in suspension or termination.
Pyra and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, workflows, templates, and documentation, excluding Customer Content. If you provide feedback, you grant Pyra the right to use it without restriction or obligation.
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Each party will protect the other party’s confidential information using reasonable measures and will use it only to perform obligations or exercise rights under these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Pyra may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." PYRA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PYRA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PYRA’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY 12 MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PYRA FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pyra from claims arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
